Last month, ThirdLove launched new styles in new sizes, for 78 in total, to further our mission to have a “bra for every body.” We’re thrilled to now offer our most-loved styles, including the 24/7™ Classic T-Shirt Bra and 24/7™ Lace Balconette, in 30 to 48 bands and A to I cups.
To celebrate this monumental launch, we wanted to visualize exactly how amazing it is that 78 different women could all wear the same bra. In keeping with our past campaigns, we cast 78 real women with a street casting agency in Los Angeles to show the breadth of size offerings now available to ThirdLove customers.
We cast women of various backgrounds, ethnicities, ages, sexualities, and gender identities because we believe that all women should be represented and feel valued by the brands they support. The female-directed campaign cast women not just on looks, but on their responses to a series of questions about visibility in modeling and what this campaign means to them.
Throughout the three-day shoot, multiple women were moved to tears by the significance of a campaign like this. Many of these women had never seen someone like them in an advertisement and spoke at length about why visibility was so important to them and younger women like them.
The end product is a breathtaking grid featuring all 78 women, as well as a video featuring nine cast members. Watch the video above and hear how ThirdLove makes each woman feel.
